Introduction Material
Cardiovascular System - body system that pumps oxygenated to the muscles/organs and returns deoxygenated blood to the heart and lungs to be oxygenated again.
Muscular System - body system that involves the muscles and their ability to move your body.
Skeletal System - body system that provides protection and support for various parts of your body.
Explain how each of these body systems relate to performance in physical activities. What is necessary to keep each of these systems healthy? Explain for each body system.

Cardiovascular System.It is important because it pumps blood and oxegen to all the cells of your body. It not only pumps blood but it gives the cells nutrience which helps your body grow stronger so you can do more physical things. That is why the cardiovascular system is important.this leads to my next topic the Muscular System. The Muscular System is important to our bodys beause it moves us and lets us live active lives. The Skelatil System is important becuse it is the frame work to our bodys. It supports everything whith out it our bodys would be mush. These three systems are important!
