Agility the Ability.

Agility. Agility is to be nimble or having the ability of moving quickly and easily. So basically, being able to move fast and have good reflexes. This is needed in physical activities and performances because physical activity in general is fast itself. You need to be able to keep up. Learning to move fast and quick allows your body to get more flexible, more exercise, and such. Take hockey for example. You need to be able to have agility in hockey because if the puck comes towards you, you want to stop it and then move to keep it going in the direction of the goal. If you stall for even the slightest bit, chances are you will have missed the puck or someone will have taken it from you. In soccer, it's the same idea. At some points in the game you may me moving slower, but as soon as the ball is within your reach, you need to pick up the pace and act fast to get it. And you need to be able to move fast with the ball, so that you can deek out the other players and what not.
